Teamwork's Insurance Benefits services include:
  • Negotiate annual renewal of all benefit plans and evaluate alternatives as requested                            
  • Monitor clients' participation levels to ensure renewal ability
  • Navigate Healthcare reform laws as changes occur and determine effects on client plans and modify as necessary
  • Provide Section 125 document, adoption agreement and summary plan descriptions and amend as necessary
  • File appropriate plan returns, including Form 5500
  • Manage eligibility  process and conduct insurance enrollment meetings          
  • Manage healthcare and dependent care reimbursement plans (FSAs) 
  • Administer COBRA services 
  • Assist employees and process benefit changes resulting from modifications in family or employment
  • Manage Family Medical Leave (FMLA) process
  • Employee liaison to carriers to resolve claim disputes
  • Provide a custom monthly, detailed summary report of all benefit plans
  • Accurately process payments for health insurance bills in a timely manner
  • Consult with management on a continuous basis regarding benefit plans
